Returns and Warranty Repairs

Boggy Creek Pond Supply, LLC will accept returns of most new, unopened, unused items purchased from our online store within 30 days of the date of order placement for a full refund of the purchase price. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Complete and submit the Return Authorization Request Form and follow the instructions. For most items, we will supply a return mailing label that you can print out and attach to the package.
Refunds and Exchanges

A refund will be issued after we receive and process your return. Most returns will be processed within 4 weeks. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. If you have not received your refund within 4 weeks, please notify us via Contact Customer Service.

If your purchase was made by credit card your refund will go to your credit card. If your purchase was made by debit card your refund will go to your bank account. If your purchase was made by a gift certificate, your gift certificate balance will be replaced. No refunds will be issued for promotional coupons.

If you request an exchange, you will receive a credit voucher once your return has been processed.

If you use the return mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs. If you use the mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.
Non-Returnable Items

Boggy Creek Pond Supply, LLC does not accept returns of the following items: opened product containers or partially used products, any product missing a serial number or UPC code, products purchased from sellers other than Boggy Creek Pond Supply, LLC, products showing signs of being used or deployed in water, products showing signs of damage or neglect by the purchaser, and custom orders, such as custom cut pond liners.
Large Items Shipped By Commercial Freight

Certain large, heavy items must be shipped by common carrier. Boggy Creek Pond Supply, LLC will accept returns for these items as well. If you need to return an item shipped via a commercial carrier, please complete and submit a Return Authorization Request Form. You will not receive a printable return address label. Instead, we will contact you via email with special instructions for returning the item. Note: Any return that is not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.
Warranty Repairs

If you need to return an item for repairs, and it is past the 30 day return period, please notify us via Contact Customer Service for specific instructions for return shipping. You should have received warranty information with your shipment. Before returning an item, first make sure that the item is covered under warranty, and that the specific repairs are covered under warranty. If the item is not covered under warranty, you will be billed for the requested repairs. You will be responsible for shipping costs to and from the manufacturer for all repairs. Printable return labels are not supplied for warranty returns and other returns past the 30 day return period.
